TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LEDGER & LINE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND - INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST WAGERS, LOST TRADING PROFITS OR CAPITAL, LOST WINNINGS, LOST BUSINESS, OR LOST DATA - ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT DISPLAYED BY THE SERVICE, OR ANY WAGER PLACED OR TRADE EXECUTED ON ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY SPORTSBOOK OR BROKERAGE LINKED FROM THE SERVICE), REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

We do not control, operate, endorse, or accept any responsibility for those third parties, their odds, execution, availability, terms of service, or your account with them. Any dispute arising from a wager or trade you place on a third-party platform is between you and that platform, not us.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ledger & Line and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) any wager placed or trade executed following your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
You represent that you are of legal age to engage in sports wagering and/or securities activity in your jurisdiction (21+ for sports wagering in most U.S. states) and that your use of the Service, and any wagering or trading activity you engage in, complies with all laws applicable to you, including state and local restrictions on gambling and investing. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether such activity is legal where you live.

Use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or professional relationship between you and Ledger & Line. We owe you no duty of care beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, or these Terms, at any time without liability to you. Continued use of the Service after a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
